Timenotes is a digital B2B software as a service product company that offers time tracking online solution for private persons and companies.

Timenotes is the controller of all the personal data you provide when you use the Timenotes software-as-a-service (the “Service”) and website located at https://timenotes.io (the “Site”) and our respective iOS and Android applications, We are registered as Timenotes Nurzynski Sp.j. under Polish law and entered into the register of entrepreneurs with the EU Tax no 7010804063.

Timenotes collect your personal data on timenotes.io (the Service). By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to give us current, complete, truthful and accurate information, and to keep such information up to date. Timenotes will not be responsible for any problems or liability related to inaccurate or incomplete personal information, whether due to your failure to update such personal information or otherwise.

 

What data we collect

When you use or signup to our service (on timenotes.io domain or via mobile applications) we always collect your email, first and last names, company name and location (according to Google Geolocation).

The credit card data processed in order to pay for our services is not collected by us and processed by our payment provider, Braintree, we only collect the data mandatory in order to provide you with the legal invoice according to the EU law.

Timenotes also uses cookies technologies on timenotes.io (the Service) in order to to enable certain functions of the Service, to provide analytics, to store your preferences, and keep the session of logged in user. We process your data in-house to in order to be able to provide you with the time tracking service, also in order to contact you regarding our support and service feedback requests and marketing purposes, so we can improve the quality of provided services. We do not share your personal data with any 3rd parties.

We have also implemented and continue to ensure that any personal data that you may share with us is secured with Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) encryption, which aim to prevent any unauthorized third party from obtaining or modifying any electronically transmitted personal data. Your personal data is accessible by a limited number of people who can access it via password protected web interfaces.

 

How long do we store your data

Your data is stored in our service database placed on AWS Amazon Cloud for an indefinite period of time. You can delete it automatically in the “Settings” section on user web interface or request it’s deletion via email to support@timenotes.io

 

Children personal privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and the Site is not directed at children under 18. If ]you are a parent and believe your child under the age of 13 has used the Site and provided personally identifiable information to us through the Site, please contact us at support@timenotes.io and we will work to delete that account.

 

Your rights to your personal data

You can access, correct and delete your personal data anytime, automatically by using the user web interface or via email to support@timenotes.io

Shall you have any privacy related complaints or suggestions, you may contact us at support@timenotes.io; it’s best to contact Timenotes as the first step; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority relevant for your country.
