Timenotes offers a free account plan, as long as User have registered to a free plan Timenotes is obligated to offer that service without any additional payments as long as you will not change your subscription plan yourself, even if such a plan will no longer be available to for the new users.
A valid credit card is required for you to continue using the Services on a Paid Plan, on a monthly/annual basis. Special offers may be granted to extend the plan usage for free period for selected users. The Services are billed in advance on a month or annual basis and is non-refundable. The billing cycle starts when you provide your credit card details and lasts a month or a year. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months, for deactivated users, or for months unused with an open account.
Services fees are calculated according to specified pricing on /pricing page of the timenotes.io website. All fees are not exempt of VAT imposed by EU and Polish Value Added Tax system. VAT shall be added if applicable for EU . We reserve the right to change service fees upon thirty, but such changes will be applicable only for the new users.
We are not responsible for any third party websites that we link to.
We reserve the right but do not have any obligation, to refuse service to anyone and close your account(s) without notice for any or no reason at all. We may suspend the Service for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades, and will not be liable to you for any such suspension. We reserve the right to make any changes to the Service or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service without notice, and will not be liable to you for any such change.
