You can create and join multiple workspaces with the same Timenotes account. Join an existing workspace by accessing the invitation link sent to your email. To create your own workspace, click your icon in the top right corner and then click "Add workspace". When choosing the Workspace name, go for the name of your company or if the workspace is only for you, go for "Personal workspace". Easily switch between workspaces by accessing your icon.
